HiDef Conferencing and related services are operated by Vapps Inc. ("Vapps"). We know that you care about your privacy and want you to understand how we may collect, use and disclose information we learn from you during your use of hidefconferencing.com and any other direct-to-consumer web sites or services operated by Vapps (collectively the "Vapps Services"). This notice tells you what information we collect, steps we take to protect and secure it, how we use and share the information, and finally, how you can access that information or contact us with questions or concerns when you use hidefconferencing.com and the Vapps Services.

Personal Information We Collect
Vapps collects personal information that you provide when you register with us and/or use the Vapps Services. Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual including, but not limited to, information such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. The type and amount of Personal information collected by Vapps will vary depending on how you use the Vapps Service. Personal information Vapps may collect through your voluntary submissions include: Email address, Skype/Gizmo Name and Billing Information including address and phone numbers.

Aggregate Information
Vapps may aggregate your personal information with information from other users (without personally identifying you) and share it with our business partners or others. Aggregated information is not personal information subject to limits of this policy.

Credit Card Information and Related Call Details
Vapps may also collect personal information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners. This information might include information necessary to process payments due to us from you such as your credit card number. Vapps automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request. Similarly, Vapps also automatically receives and records information when you use the Vapps Service, including Caller-ID information and Skype/Gizmo ID. Vapps may record your conferences using the Vapps Service, but will only use it to provide a record of the conference to parties selected by the host or moderator of a conference.

How We Use IP Address Information
Vapps may occasionally obtain IP addresses from users depending upon how you access our web site. IP addresses are not personal information. IP addresses, browser and session information may be used for various purposes, including to: diagnose and prevent service or technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP; estimate the total number of users visiting Vapps' sites from specific geographical regions; monitor and prevent fraud and abuse.

How We Use Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set, however, if you configure your browser to reject cookies, you may not be able to use Vapps' products or services that require you to "sign in" and you may not be able to take full advantage of all offerings on the Vapps site. Conduct research to improve Vapps Services. How We Use, Share and May Disclose Information We Collect:
Vapps does not share personal information we learn about you from your use of the Vapps Service or this web site with others except as described in this policy. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Vapps and Affiliates
When you provide personal information by using the Vapps Service you are sharing your personal information with Vapps and its divisions or subsidiaries, organizations that may hold a majority interest in Vapps and their divisions or subsidiaries. The use of your personal information by these organizations is subject to this policy.

Completing Transactions
Vapps may use your personal information where it is necessary for us to complete a transaction, to operate or improve Vapps and related products and services, to do something that you have asked us to do, or tell you of products and services that we think may be of interest.

Vapps may use your email address to contact you with email messages about the Service or our offerings. Where you are contacted with an offer or service based on information you have shared with Vapps, we will do our best to provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving such further communications at the time you are contacted. When you use the Vapps service, your Skype/Gizmo ID or Caller-ID information may be seen by the host of the conference and used to provide a record of the conference. When you participate in a conference on Vapps, you have the ability to make statements which may include personally identifiable information about yourself; consequently, you should understand that if you state personal information in a conference we cannot be held responsible for the use of any information stated in a conference.

Vapps Does Or May Share Personally Identifiable Information About You Under The Following Circumstances:

Vendors and Suppliers
In the course of operating our business it may be necessary or appropriate for us to provide access to your personal information to others such as our service providers, contractors and select vendors so that we can operate the Service and our business. Where practical, we seek to obtain confidentiality agreements that are consistent with this policy and that limit others' use or disclosure of the information you have shared.

Merger, Sale or Reorganization
As we continue to develop our business, we might also sell all or part of our business. Vapps does not knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides their personal information to Vapps through this web site or Vapps Services represents that they are 13 years of age or older. Vapps does not direct its services or site at children.

User Access and Objections to Processing of Personal Information
Users have access to their personal information and may update their information on the website. If you wish to be provided with a copy of all the personal information which Vapps holds about you, please contact Vapps see section "Contacting Vapps" below. Vapps will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests. In some instances, honoring your requests may interfere with or preclude your ability to use the Vapps Service or may require us to terminate our relationship with you.
